Comedian and TV personality, Joan Rivers is in stable but critical condition after she was rushed to a hospital following throat surgery at a clinic.

Multiple news medias, including E!, which airs the comedian's long-running show "Fashion Police" reported that the comedian stopped breathing while undergoing a minor throat surgery at a clinic and was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York!




Daughter, Melisa who flew into New York to be with her mother. According to Mount Sinai Hospital spokesperson, there was no change in her condition from late Thursday when Melisa Rivers issued a statement saying her 81-year old mother "was resting comfortably".

Meanwhile, many celebrities sent their get well messages fro Rivers, Including LeAnn Rimes who made headlines for being on River's talk show this week and he NBC Universal stars....
