James Hewitt is a former British Army captain who had an affair with Princess Diana and for many years, Royal watchers have speculated that the 58-year old may have fathered Diana's second son, Prince Harry, who shares his ginger hair and bad-boy streak.
Now, Hewitt has broken his silence, putting an end to 20-years of speculations. He denied the speculations at a recent interview with Australian Channel Seven's Sunday Night host, Melissa Doyle, who quizzed him over the relationship.
When asked if he was Prince Harry's dad, he replied, "No, I'm not". Pressed further about the persistent whispers, he said..."It sells papers. It's worse for him, probably, poor chap"
Diana's affair happened at the time Prince Charles was widely reported to have been cheating on Diana with his current wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles.
Harry was born on September 15th, 1984. Diana did not meet James Hewitt until summer of 1986 which makes it impossible for Hewitt to have been royal's father has Harry would have been a toddler at the time of Diana and Hewitt's meeting.....But the resemblance though!
