College basketball super star, Shareef, the son of another NBA legend, Shaquille O'Neal, has revealed that his 'uncle' Kobe sent him a message just hours before he died in a tragic helicopter crash on Sunday morning.
20-year old shared a screen shot of the message on his twitter handle after news of Kobe's death broke. The screenshot showed that Bryant messaged the young man "You good fam"? at 8:19 Sunday morning.......(Sighs)
Shareef replied :Yeah! Just been getting this work in trying to figure out my next move", adding "How you been" but sadly, he never received a reply.

Oh, dear God! I guess we now know how he was doing......He was transitioning to the great beyond.....Hmmm! At about 9:45AM that same day, Kobe's chopper crashed killing him, his daughter and 7 others...... (#Sad #Sad #Sad)😭😭😭

Shareef's father, Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant were teammates and long time friends. They played together with the Los Angeles Lakers from 1996 to 2004 and together they helped their team win three back-to-back championships. Kobe calls Shaq his big brother.....(And vice versa).
A devastated Shaquille, posted a tribute of his own. Sharing several photos of memorable times with his little 'brother' he wrote......
"no words to express the pain I'm going through with this tragedy of losing my niece, Gigi and my brother @kobeBryant I love u and u will be missed. My condolences goes out to the Bryant family and the families of the other passengers on board I'M SICK RIGHT NOW
