Miriam Ibrahim, the Sudanese Christian woman put on death-row for refusing to denounce her Christian faith has arrived Italy, bringing to an end almost a year long ordeal that triggered global outrage.

According to BBC, Miriam, her American husband and their two children finally fled Sudan on Thursday and arrived at Rome's Ciampino airport, accompanied by Italy's vice Minister of Foreign affairs. They had been sheltered at the U.S Embassy in Khartoum for almost a month. Glory to God ..............#GodIsFaithful

Missing Air Algerie Plane From Burkina Faso Has Crashed!!!!!

Algerian plane carrying 116 people which reportedly disappeared from radar has crashed. An Algerian aviation official confirmed the crash. There were few clear indications of what might have happened to the aircraft, or whether there were casualties, but Burkina Faso Transport Minister, Jean Bertin Ouedrago said it asked change route at 0138 GMT because of a storm in the area.

"I can confirm that it has crashed" the Algerian official told Reuters, declining to be identified or give any details about what had happened to the aircraft on it's way north. Almost half of the passengers on board were French citizens, an airline official said........................ "Heal our land Lord".....R O B !!!!

The deadliest Ebola outbreak in recorded history is happening now. The decease is very rare and deadly. Yayyyyy!!!!!........Comedian Tracy Morgan Is Out Of Rehab!!!!

According to MTV news, 30 Rock Star, Tracy Morgan has been released from rehab. The comedian was checked into the facility as part of his on going recovery process from the critical injuries he sustained a month ago, in an auto accident that killed his friend, James McNair.......

Tracy was wheeled out of the facility on Saturday morning to continue his recovery efforts at home. This happened just as the news of is lawsuit against Walmart got out....

Confirming the news of the lawsuit, his rep said in a statement.....


"In regards to the report of a lawsuit, I can confirm that tracy, along with other victims of this horrific accident, have filed a suit"


Now that Tracy is well enough to go home to his caretakers will be working diligently to get him back to his old self.

"Tracy has been released from rehabilitation center and will continue his recovery effort at home with an aggressive out-patient program" the statement read

He asked me to pass along his sincerest  gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point" his rep said. "He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery"

The League of United Latin American Citizen (LULAC) had their national convention geared towards the empowerment of Latinos last Thursday at the New York Hilton Midtown. First lady, Michelle Obama, dressed in a sleeveless Tanya Taylor frock was on hand to address the oldest Hispanic Organization in the US.







It just so happened that the group's organizer learned that Jennifer Lopez was going to be in the building at the same time, to introduce "Los Jets" a reality show about a struggling high school team premiering on Nuvo next week. The group asked J.Lo if she would stop by for a quick appearance to introduce the first lady and the diva happily obliged.

The two leading ladies embraced on stage with a big hug and even took time out for a selfie. Jenny from the block later tweeted about it....

NBA: "I'm Coming Home"......Lebron James!!!

Four years after he bolted to Miami from Cleveland in pursuit of the NBA championship, King James is back to reclaim his throne in Cleveland. The 29 year old shocked the NBA on Friday when he announced his long awaited free agency decision to leave Miami Heat and return to his home state team, Cleveland Cavaliers. He is reportedly scheduled to sign a $88 million contract with the team....

James made the announcement on Sports Illustrated website in a letter......

"In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned.You work for what you have. I'm ready to accept the challenge. I'm coming home" he wrote.

Late gospel singer Kefee who passed on June 13th, 2014, after being comatose for 15 days has been laid to rest in Sapele, Delta State of Nigeria.....

Hundreds of people, including her family, husband.....Teddy Don Momoh, friends and colleagues  were in attendance to bid farewell to the 'Branama' singer. The funeral rites started with a candlelight/service of songs Thursday night at Oba Akenzua Cultural Center, Airport Rd, Benin City, Edo State before the home-going service held at Akpevweoghene Educational Center in Okpara inland of Ethiope local government area of Delta State....



A week prior to the funeral, a visitation team consisting of the singer's friends, Sammie Okposo, Nikki Laoye, Annie Ibrahim, Gordons, Princess, Linda Etukudo and Chilee Aguanana paid a condolence visit to Kefee's family in Okpara....

A Queens, New York Mom Suffocates Her Child To Death!!!

Nicole 'Nikki' Kelly, 22, of Elmhurst, Queens New York has confessed to killing her 11 months old son.
 Asked why she did it, the young mom told detectives......
"I reached my breaking point, I didn't want him anymore".......So she wrapped her son, little Kiam Felix Jr. in a sheet on Sunday so he could no longer breath then Kelly proceeded to take a shower, got rid of all her baby's belonging and then posted photos of the baby on her Facebook page, featuring one photo of the baby's dead body neatly dressed in a white suit and tie with the caption "R.I.P Tinkabutt"





In another Facebook post, the 22 year old expressed regret about her baby's death.....

"Missing my baby boy so much, wish there was some way I could bring him back to life. I feel horrible knowing he passed away. Am his mother, I was supposed to protect him. I know his spirit will always be around me. I would never forget my 1st Born. He will forever remain in my heart & his family hearts. R.I.P KJ. Am not ready O2 say good bye to you"





Kelly was charged with second degree murder and was undergoing a psyche exam at Elmhurst Hospital. If convicted, she could face 25 years to life in prison.

This makes me so sick to my stomach. You had a choice to give this little cutie up for adoption but you chose to kill him. May God have mercy on you and may the soul of this precious little angel rest in perfect peace......R O B!!!

Prominent Human Right Activist And Lawyer Bamidele Aturu Is Dead!!!

Some real sad news for the Nigerian Legal profession as popular human right activist and lawyer, Bamidele Aturu passes on. He was 49.

The champion for human right and constitutionalism died yesterday, July 9th, 2014 after a brief illness. He came to prominence as a fighter against power abuse when, as a member of the National Youth Service Corps, he refused to shake the hand of a military administrator of Niger State, Col Lawan Gwadabe in 1988 during his NYSC passing out parade declaring that the military had caused great harm to the democratic aspiration of Nigerians.

Mr Aturu read law at Ife and devoted much of his legal practice to representing marginalized or oppressed individuals and groups.






The late activist was nominated as a member of the the ongoing national confab, but he renounced his membership, arguing that the conference was designed to achieve nothing.

Minister of States for works, Dayo Adeyeye described his death as "shocking and devastating" saying....

."It never for once occurred to me that will lose Bamidele this soon" Adding that.....

"Bamidele will be sorely missed as a great lawyer and human right activist, who contributed immensely to the pro-democracy struggle in Nigeria"

Finally, Solange Knowles Breaks Her Silence On Jay Z Elevator Fight!!!!

Two months after the infamous elevator fight video that went viral on the internet, showing Solange viciously attacking her brother-in-law, rapper, Jay Z. the singer finally (sort of ) breaks her silence and commented on the fight.

In an interview with Lucky Magazine, Solange brushes off the incident by referring to the fight as "that thing"

"What's important is that my family and I are all good" she told the magazine. "What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that"

She also added that her parents instilled a true family bond within her and sister, Beyonce....."We've always held each other down no matter what" she said.



The video of the fight broke a week after the May 5th incident allegedly took place, showing Solange kicking and punching Jay. Later that month, Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange released a statement to the Associated Press which read....


"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it. Jay and Solange, each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family"

 When a burglar broke into at her home in Houston, Texas this past weekend, she fought back with a stick and a pot of boiling water after giving him a piece of her mind.

State Of New York Legalizes Medical Marijuana!!!!

The use of marijuana for medical purpose has been legalized in the State of New York. The law will take effect in about 18 months, making NY the 23rd State in America to legalize medical marijuana.

The drug is expected to be administered through vaporizer, oil base or through injection.

There will also be a non-smoking version that will be made available to patients with Epilepsy, Cancer and AIDS.

Through the scam known as "Advance fee" fraud, he was able to extracted up to 600, 000 pounds from vulnerable pensioners to fund his lavish lifestyle, of champagne, designer clothes, exotic cars and luxury apartments.

The Ghanaian entertainment industry has been hit by a very unfortunate tragedy as many sources are reporting the possible death by drowning of hip-life artist, Theophilus Tagoe, better known by his stage name, Castro the Destroyer.

They were said to be jet skiing when Castro's girlfriend, now identified as Janet Bandu accidentally slipped and fell into the water, the 'Adonai' crooner, dived in to try and save her but ended up drowning with her.....real sad!!!

Gospel Great, Pastor Shirley Caesar Loses Her Husband!!!

Our hearts go out to the first lady of gospel, Ms Shirley Caesar and her loved ones at this very difficult time!!!





According to to the Yolanda Adams Morning Show, gospel icon, Pastor Shirley Caesar has lost her husband of many years, Bishop Harold Ivory Williams.
The two have been married since 1983 and blessed with two children, Jazz musician, Harold Ivory Williams Jr and gospel aerobic creator, Hope Mason.





Bishop Williams spent 37 years with Mt Calvary Holy Church of America Inc(1972-2009) under his leadership, the organization grew to include churches over 15 States and many Countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.

The cause of his death has not been announced and home going information will be coming soon....

Human Right Activist & Lawyer, Kunle Fadipe Murdered In His Home In Lagos!!!!

Social commentator and human right lawyer, Barrister Kunle Fadipe was murdered at his residence at Harmony Estate on College Road, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos on July 3rd, 2014.



The Nigerian legal profession was thrown into shock and disbelieve on Friday morning with the news of the murder of the very brilliant, Barrister Kunle Fadipe, a popular Lagos based, human right advocate and lawyer......

According to reports, Barrister Fadipe was stabbed to death by an assailant who laid siege in his compound on Thursday night. The killer was however apprehended by local security agents assigned to the Estate.

Sources close to the family of the deceased has reported that Barrister Fadipe returned from his Chambers at a bout 10pm on Thursday night and there was power outage, so one of his children came out to turn on the power generator. It is believed that the assailant followed him in and gained access into the building.

After stabbing his target in the neck and back repeatedly, he attempted to flee the scene, but one of Fadipe's daughters had ran out to alert the OPC members at the Estate's gate who immediately came in and arrested the killer. He was handed over to the Nigerian Police Force from Iju Police Station.

The Police are now investigating the case to determine whether this was a case of assassination or robbery.....

Governor Fashola Condemns Military Rampage!!!!!

His Excellency, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, of Lagos State


Governor Fashola of Lagos States has condemned the actions of the soldier who vandalized BRT buses in Palm-grove area of Lagos. Speaking with Chanel Television, the Governor calls the incident "very disappointing", noting that these are public servants who being paid with tax payer's money and should not behave in such an irresponsible manner. He is however waiting on formal report from the investigation which will help him decide on what to do.
Here is what Governor Fashola said......

"I spoke with the Brigadier General who said he was managing and controlling the situation. Nothing i have yet is verified. I am waiting for a formal report before we then can ventilate a position. There is allegation that somebody who was not suppose to be on the BRT route was on the BRT route. As far as I know, If something happens to you while you are conducting an unlawful act, It's a criminal offense in it's own sense. It's really disappointing to put it mildly that public servants, and that is what soldiers are, paid with tax payers money will act in a manner that is being suggested here, and I say this being suggested because I am waiting for official report to let me know really who played what role, what happened, whether or not even the brigade commander has been able to identify the people who were involved....but if it turns out to be true, It will be a very very irresponsible conduct to put it mildly" he said.....

Re: Soldiers On Rampage.......LAGBUS Official Says BRT Did Not Kill Any Soldier!!!!

An official from LAGBUS Asset Management Limited, operators of the BRT buses has denied the claim that one of their buses accidentally killed a soldier which led to the men and women of the Nigerian Army hitting the road and vandalizing and setting the buses on fire.....




So what exactly led to the damage that is now being estimated at over a hundred million Naira?

According to the official, they had absolutely nothing to do with the reason the soldiers went on rampage, they only found a dead body in one of their buses and decided to report the case to the police.....

"By 10pm last night, one of our buses broke down at Onipanu, by 11pm a rescue team with a van went to the scene to tow the bus. Unfortunately, area boys started stoning our team which made our men to leave. Meanwhile the driver put on the hazard light and C-caution to alert motorist of the break-down. By 5am this morning, before the rescue team got to the scene, a corpse had been deposited in our bus and a motorcycle parked behind it. When we saw it, we reported the case to the Pedro Police Station, Somolu,but before we got back to the scene, soldier had burnt down five BRT buses and one belonging to LAGBUS"

BRT buses were withdrawn from that particular rout to prevent founder damages. The dead man was later found to be an Army Corporal. The case is now under investigations.....

Soldiers On Rampage, Destroys BRT Buses & Set One On Fire In Palm-grove, Lagos, Nigeria!!!

OMG! Since when did two 'wrongs' starts making a 'right'? This is absolutely ridiculous. Accidents happens, and that's why they are called, ACCIDENT....I hope they get held accountable for this!!!



Some soldiers in Lagos went on rampage hours ago in the Palm-grove area, destroying commercial buses belonging to the Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) after one of them was accidentally killed by one of the buses....

According to reports, the unfortunate incident happened when the driver of one of the BRT buses changed lane and accidentally knocked down and killed a soldier who was riding on a bike.

On hearing the news, some soldiers, (men &women) rushed to the scene along Ikorodu road, stopped all BRT buses plying that route and started vandalizing them. One of the buses was later set ablaze. A lot of people were beaten and wounded.....

Nollywood super star, Genevieve Nnaji says she never called Nollywood "bland & mediocre".
Barely 24 hours after she was put on the blast by a Nollywood movie director, Mac Collins Chidebe for allegedly describing Nollywood as bland and mediocre in an interview with Punch, Gen took to her Instagram account to deny she said those words....




"I never called my industry bland and mediocre. truth or not they were NOT MY WORDS. As a person/writer, you can "assume" what you like about my thought process but DO not project those thoughts as "quotes" by me. It is distasteful, insensitive and quite unprofessional. It's insulting to those limited few working hard to make a difference in the industry. I am a product of Nollywood and my loyalty remains unshaken"
