At last, Robert Mugabe resigned today under pressure as President of Zimbabawe after ruling the country for more than 3 decades, a move prompted through peaceful military intervention that has been tagged a 'bloodless transition' of power. Zimbabweans are on the streets celebrating the end of an era.
