NBA: "I'm Coming Home"......Lebron James!!!

Four years after he bolted to Miami from Cleveland in pursuit of the NBA championship, King James is back to reclaim his throne in Cleveland. The 29 year old shocked the NBA on Friday when he announced his long awaited free agency decision to leave Miami Heat and return to his home state team, Cleveland Cavaliers. He is reportedly scheduled to sign a $88 million contract with the team....

James made the announcement on Sports Illustrated website in a letter......

"In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned. You work for what you have. I'm ready to accept the challenge. I'm coming home" he wrote.

James met with Heat president Pat Riley who tried to smooth talk him to stay with the Heat but he wasn't able to convince James to keep his talent in South Beach!
The owner of Heat, Micky Arison expressed his disappointment through a tweeter post......

"I am shocked and disappointed in today's news. However, I will never forget what LeBron brought us for four years. Thank you for memories @KingJames" he tweeted.

"When I left Cleveland, I was on a mission. I was seeking championship, and we won two" James wrote. "But Miami already knew that feeling. Our city hasn't had that feeling in a long, long, long time. My goal is still to win as many titles as possible, no question. But what's is most important for me is bringing one trophy back to Northeast, Ohio.

Fans across Northeast, Ohio celebrated James return, donning his jersey, carrying placards and taking outside Quicken Loans Arena. New Cavalier coach, David Blatt and his players learned the news right before Friday night's Summer league opener in Las Vegas and said.....James, "just lifted a whole State by himself"

Wowww, LeBron who was vilified in Cleveland when he left for Miami has been completely forgiven as he embarks on an effort to bring a championship to a city that has not celebrated one in any major sport in 50 years. We wish him well!!!
