Dino Melaye was over the weekend in Kwara state turbaned with the title Jarman of Okuta (Chief Warrior/Defender) of Okuta by his Royal Highness, Dr. Hon. Abubakar Sero Idris, Kperogi Afon, Serobetete III, the Emir of Okuta Emirate.
