The Real Madrid superstar and Barcelona forwards posted pictures on Instagram today detailing they were in transit to FIFA's headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland for the annual Balloon d'or award ceremony that will be held tonight for the best player in the world.
Lionel Messi is widely tipped as the favorite for the award after a success laden year that saw him win LA Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey and club world Cup.
