Last weekend, hip-hop blogger, Karen Civil rocked Haitian-Italian designer, Stella Jean LTD's paneled shirt-dress from her Fall 2014 Collections which she paired with black pumps for her 30th birthday celebration and Monday, Singer Rhianna steps out in the same Stella Jean shirt dress while taking a tour of the White House.
The singer who was in town for Veterans Day benefit Concert for Valor, where she performed alongside Bruce Springsteen, Carrie Underwood and others, also met with administration officials about potential areas of partnership, like working on the President's "My Brother's Keeper" initiatives.
Rhianna styled her look with a black Manolo Blahnik sandals, a Balmain Paris handbag and had her hair pulled up in a bun. Who do you think rocked it best?
