Meet The World's Largest Family: With 181 Members!!!

Ok! y'all thought this only happens in Africa, but let me introduce you to the world's largest family.....Only a wealthy man can pull some s**t like this one....lol
 67- year Mr. Ziona Chana is the head of "Pu Chana Pawl" a christian sect in the mountains of Mizoram state of India who allows polygamy. He is also recorded as the head of the world's largest existing family on planet earth with 39 wives, 94 children, 14 daughter-in-laws and 33 grand children. 181 in total and still counting.....

Interestingly, they all live together in his 4 Storey, 100 rooms, 17 bathrooms hotel-like-mansion, Chhuanthar Run (House of the new generation).....Really? Isn't it already hard for a man to split his attention between 2 women? How on earth does this man do it?

Well, it turns out, Mr. Chana has a lot of help from wife number One, 71-year old Madam Zithiangi who helps to organize the house in almost military style discipline. The other wives calls her "Big Sister"




 Madam Zithiangi, whom Chana married while he was 17-years old is clearly proud of her status.....

"Being the eldest in the family, my job is to manage the household well. I have benn married to Ziona the longest, so everyone in the family respects me" she said

"I take pride in looking after my husband, his needs and family" she added

Taking care of Mr. Chana's needs includes drawing up a roster for the younger wives to take turns to spend a week with him. Which means getting his undivided attention, sharing his bed and having the chance to serve him, like prepare his bath and clothes.

It takes 30 whole chicken, 132Ibs of potatoes, and 220Ibs of rice to make one dinner for this family





While Mr Chana sleeps inside his own room with a double bed, his wives shares rooms that resembles dormitories. The rooms are sparsely furnished and each wife is allocated one bed and a cupboard. The younger wives are assigned rooms nearer their husband on the ground floor, while the older ones get rooms on the upper floor.




Wife number 39 is 30-year old Madam Siamthangi who considers herself the luckiest woman on earth because she was picked up by Mr. Chana.....

"It's my privilege to be picked up by Ziona to be his wife. Not every woman has the chance to marry the man she loves. I feel like I am the luckiest woman in the world"





Wife number 34, Madam Rinkimi is a 38-year old who equate serving Mr Chana to serving God.....
"Serving him is like serving God. He is the most handsome man in this whole village, which is why I feel blessed to have him as my husband"

In a recent interview with The New Paper, Mr Chana said...
."None of my wives was forced into marriage. They all fell in love with me because they know that I treat each of them with fairness and real love. It's not lust"

There are reports that some of the women see the marriage as a ticket out of poverty, as he select his wives from the penniless peasant girls in the village.

His eldest son, Mr Parliana, 50 prefers to see it as his father's good deeds..."Most women whom my father married were poor and orphan women in the village. By marrying them, he has set an example in the history of mankind. He has done so much for us"
