Katy Perry vs Brandy....who wore it best?

We have two beautiful and talented singers, two different occasions and one designer dress....the question is "Who rocked it best?....Brandy or Katy?

Katy Perry and Brandy in the same Fausto Puglisi color-blocked dress. Katy first wore this dress way back in 2012 to the Pre-Grammy brunch and Brandy was recently spotted in the same dress at the premiere of 'Haunted House 2'

While Katy paired her dress with a Charlotte Olympia piano shoes and heavy make-up as well as colored hair, Brandy took to a more simple make-up which helps to focus attention on the dress. She completed her look with a leopard print Gucci shoes. They both look good in the dress but we really have to give this to Brandy. Her simplicity won this for her. Katy's look is a little too loud for the already loud dress.
