Banned for life!!!

It is certainly not a good for Donald Sterling. The Clippers owner who created a widespread outraged by the controversial remarks he made about black people have been banned for life. The NBA commissioner, Adam Silver made the announcement at a news conference today.

"I am banning Mr. Sterling for life from any association with the Clippers organization or the NBA"....Silver said.

He is also been ordered to pay $2.5 million in fine. Mr Silver promised to urge NBA owners and the board of governors to force Sterling to sell the team. Sadly, all of these is happening while the team is preparing for Tuesday night's game 5 of it's best of seven play off series against Golden States, that is tied 2-2.

This announcement sends out a very clear message that racism will not be tolerated in the NBA league that is dominated by people of color. Article 35 of the NBA constitution allows the commissioner to indefinitely suspend owners for "conduct prejudicial or detrimental to the association". Good job Adam Silver!................. Apology accepted, Thanks
