It's so nice to see Beyonce and her dad and former manager, Mathew Knowles getting along again. The above photo was taking backstage at a recent Beyonce concert in Houston TX.
A very excited Mathew Knowles tells TMZ yesterday that he and Beyonce made peace long before anyone knew.
The most interesting part was his reaction when asked if he will ever manage her again......
"I don't want to be Beyonce's manager....I want to be her dad"...he said
Knowles helped lunch Destiny's Child, the popular R&B group that propelled his daughter to stardom in the late 1990's. He continued working with Beyonce throughout her career as a solo artist, overseeing every aspect of her image, including movies and fashion until the singer fired him as her manager.

All though they never indicated the reason for the split. But it will be recalled that Mathew fathered a son in 2010 with Alexander Wright while still married to Beyonce's mom, which led Tina Knowles filing for divorce, ending 31-years of marriage to Bey's dad. When Mathew acknowledged that Wright was indeed his baby-mama, the court ordered him to $12k a month on child support but was reduced it to $2,485 after Beyonce fired him and his income dried up.
In July of 2014, a second woman came forward claiming that her daughter was fathered by Beyonce's playboy dad. DNA test result later confirmed that TaQoya Branscomb’s child was definitely a knowles.
Beyonce and her dad's relationship pretty much went left after that, until recently when Mr Knowles was spotted hanging out backstage with Beyonce right before she took the stage at her recent concert in H-Town
It's so refreshing to see them put all of that behind them to be family again. We wish them well...
