Renee Zellweger had a unique look. She's pretty for sure, but it wasn't the traditional girl-next-door look. She was cute, but endearingly so, which made it easy to like her character in films. Ms. Zellweger, recently turned head on the red-carpet but it wasn't all good.
It's not that the surgical procedure looked bad. Compared to some other majorly botched procedure, she practically looked natural. The problem is she doesn't look like herself. Take a look at the before and after picture above. She look totally different and aged. She managed to avoid the puffy cheeks and crazy eyes, she completely erased her one-of-a-kind look. It's fair to say that Zellweger could walk into any neighborhood store and wouldn't cause a stir because she looks like a stranger....

Married to Anthonio Banderas for many years the star apparently wasn't happy with natural aging. The blonde star of films like 'Working Girl', 'Lolita' & 'Mullholland Falls' started getting surgical shortly after her 50th birthday.
Once she hit 50, Griffith started making routine visits to plastic surgeons resulting in lip augmentation, eye lid lift, breast augmentation and liposuction. Rumor has it that drugs and alcohol played a major role in the botched surgeries. She recently admitted that she gets bullied for her looks. "Most people are telling me I look horrible" She said about how she gets mocked for her appearance. "The tweets I get are very nasty"
Meg Ryan is well known for her laid back roles in romantic comedies like 'Sleepless in Seattle' & 'You've Got mail'. Her unassuming good looks made her appealing to average fans. She easily struck balance between beautiful, cute and interesting. Ryan's trademark may very well have been her half smile which always reached her eyes. She apparently wasn't satisfied with her smile, or maybe it was just her lips, as she decided to invest in little cosmetic surgeries to adjust her look. Although she hasn't commented publicly, evidence of eye brow lift, neck lift, and cheek implants left her looking a little less than the-girl-next-door and a little more like an older version of herself that was trying to nt grow old. Still pretty, but not quite as refreshing....
Daryl Hannah....My goodness, this former leading lady turned heads as a sexy blonde bombshell in films like 'Splash', 'Kill Bill', 'Blade Runner' & 'Roxanne'. The stunner was well known for her classic beauty that most women would kill to have naturally. Apparently, aging didn't suit Hannah's lifestyle, so she turned to cosmetic surgery to try and get her youth back.
If the fuller cheeks and puffier lips aren't signs enough that she's had some rather extreme work done, the squinty eyes and fuller chins are other major tells. She gets a thumbs up for having left her nose alone. While her face still looks young, the extra injections in her cheeks makes her look over stuffed and tired. This original classic beauty now looks like every other blonde, surgical patient in Hollywood...
Late king of pop, the legendary Michael Jackson, like his sister was naturally attractive. Paired with his killer dance moves and rock star voice, Jackson was a force to be reckoned with. This famous sister of Michael has undergone at least as many surgeries as the main man himself, which is a shame because she really is gorgeous. LaToya famously had a rough relationship with her brothers and even landed a role on 'The Apprentice'. Despite her stunning looks, LaToya opted for a Myriad of plastic surgeries that included chin and cheek implants, a nose job, as well as injection to her lips and forehead. While LaToya is still attractive, it's painfully obvious that she's had several jobs done, leaving her nose barely there and her forehead frozen in time. This Jackson would have been better off with a lighter touch at the surgeons office...

She is also well known for her extravagant spending habits(including $60,000 a year for her phone).
After a $4-million surgery, Widerstein, had surgeons make her face look more like a cat, with eye work that included pulling them up to create a more catlike appearance, cheek and chin implant, lip implants, breast implants, liposuction, brow lift and soft tissue fillers. She's pretty much done the world tour of plastic surgery to please her husband, only to discover he was cheating on her. That marriage ended in divorce, and fortunately she was sane enough to have some of the work reversed.

Hang Mioku is a former Korean model turned plastic surgery addict after she received silicone injections to her face for smother, softer skin at age 28. Addicted to the treatment, doctors eventually had to refuse Hang anymore silicone injections after face noticeably enlarged. Unable to control her bizarre addiction, she proceed to continue the dangerous treatment on her own. Hang injected an entire bottle of black market silicone before she moved on to cooking oil injections. After more than a decade of cooking oil injections, Hangs face became severely swollen, scared and disfigured. When Korean television shared her story, sympathetic viewers donated thousands to help her get reconstructive surgery, a procedure that involves 10 operations. Surgeons carefully removed 60-grams of silicone, cooking oil and other foreign substances from her face. Another 200-grams of substances was removed from her neck. Despite the removal of the dangerous mass, Hang Mioku will be permanently disfigured from the scars caused by years of needle injections....
