LET THE PROSECUTION BEGIN...lol

It will be recalled that Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole was one of the presidential detail that was with President Buhari during his visit to the US where he was hosted at the White House by President Barack Obama.
Well, last Monday, the governor revealed that he had been informed by a top senior official of the United States that one single Minister in the last administration stole over $6-billion in cash. We are now hearing that The United States did hand-over a list of oil thieves to president Buhari during his visit to the US......What???!!!

"I can tell you that the president already has the list of names of the people engaging in the stealing of Nigeria's oil. The list, when released by the president, will shock Nigerians. But let's wait and see first" A member of his entourage said to Punch.

According to reports, Buhari who is keeping the list to himself was shocked to see some of the names that made it to the list. Whether or not the said list will compel him to prosecute the Goodluck Jonatha administration, remains to be seen......I guess we just have to wait and see how this all unfolds....#LetsGoThere!!!

SMART SNACKING: How To Keep Your Metabolism Burning All Day!!!

Maybe your metabolism is slowing, you can turn up the burn!!!

Metabolism sounds mysterious and complicated, but it's actually pretty simple: It's the amount of energy (aka calories) our bodies need daily. About 70 percent of those calories are used for basic functions, such as breathing and blood circulation, says Rochelle Goldsmith, PhD, director of the Exercise Physiology Lab at Columbia University Medical Center. Another 20 percent is fuel for physical activity, including working out

,fidgeting, walking, and even holding our bodies upright while standing. The remaining 10 percent helps us digest what we eat (it's true; eating burns calories!). The trouble begins when you consume more calories than your body needs to do these things: That's when you pack on the pounds.

You can partly thank your parents for the speed of your metabolism. Genes contribute to the levels of appetite-control hormones we have floating around in our bodies, Goldsmith explains. "Some people are genetically programmed to be active; they're naturally restless and use more energy," she says. Those are the lucky high-metabolism types.

The good news is, you can make your metabolism faster, experts say, despite genetics and gender.

How much would you pay to live in a lavish palace appointed with the most luxurious furniture and fixings? There are homes that would stretch any budget, even if you're among the super rich.

Take 17 Upper Phillimore Gardens, formerly a prep school for girls located in London's exclusive Kensington neighborhood. The home features an underground swimming pool, a gym, 10 bedrooms and, of course, a "panic room," lest the proletariat rise up against its owner, Elena Franchuk, a Ukranian oligarch known as a philanthropist and friend to celebrities like Elton John, according toComparecamp.com, a product reviews and comparisons website. The price tag? $128 million.

The address brings up the rear on this list that features two homes priced at $1 billion or higher. The other 10 residences, including the London mansion mentioned above, aren't too shabby, either.
