President Buhari Condemns The Orlando Gay Club Massacre!!!



Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari commensurate with President Barack Obama and the citizens of the United States of America over the Florida's Pulse night Club shooting in Orlando, describing it as "criminal" and "cowardly"

In a letter to the Ambassador of the United States in Nigeria, James Entwistle, PMB assured the United State, of Nigeria's continued support while also calling "on all peace-loving nations to commit themselves whole-heartedly to multilateral cooperation and collaborative action aimed at eradicating the scourge of international terrorism"


‘‘President Buhari extends his most sincere condolences to the families, relatives and friends of the victims.
‘‘The president condemns such criminal, cowardly attack, wherever it might occur, as an attack on all decent, democratic, peaceful people.
“Every terrorist attack only strengthens Nigeria’s resolve to stand shoulder to shoulder with the United States and other countries in the front-line of the war on terror,’’ the letter, which was signed by the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, read.

The gun man, 29-year old, Omar Mateen who went on a shooting rampage in the popular gay night club shot nearly all of  his victims in the first stages of the assault, then was utterly "Cool and Calm" while he talked by phone to law enforcement officials about further carnage, claimed allegiance to the Islamic State and praised the Boston Marathon bombers, officials said on Monday.
 According to the police he shot at police and took hostage and by the time the gun fire was over, 50 people were dead and 53 more were wounded, some in critical condition before he was taken down by law enforcement officers.

Our heart goes out to the victims and their families. May the souls of the dearly departed rest in peace!!!
