A very excited Mathew Knowles tells TMZ yesterday that he and Beyonce made peace long before anyone knew.
The most interesting part was his reaction when asked if he will ever manage her again......
"I don't want to be Beyonce's manager....I want to be her dad"...he said

Knowles helped lunch Destiny's Child, the popular R&B group that propelled his daughter to stardom in the late 1990's. He continued working with Beyonce throughout her career as a solo artist, overseeing every aspect of her image, including movies and fashion until the singer fired him as her manager.

Singer Rhianna who is already brand ambassador with French designer Dior, has collaborated with the fashion house on a new sunglasses collection simply titled Rhianna.

"The process was pretty seamless," said Rihanna of the collaboration, revealing that
La Forge from Star Trek was her design inspiration, reports WWD.

"I spent a day at Dior with their eye-wear design team. I started by looking through all the archives to see what they've done in the past, then got acquainted with all the new materials. I literally sat there and drew and drew until I was happy with the design, and the team illustrated it for me right then and there. We picked materials and colors that same day, and after that it was a matter of weeks before I saw the first prototype."

The Fuji Maestro, is celebrating his son, Mustapha Adetunji who arrived Nigeria yesterday from Canada.
Mustapha upon arrival presented his legendary dad with his certificate of Naturalization in Canada, as well as his degree from York University, in Toronto, Canada. The proud dad, wasted no time in sharing his joy on the social media....

"My son, Mustapha Adetunji Ayinde Marshal came to present to me his degree certificate from York University in Toronto, with his Canadian citizenship certificate and passport, I pray him that so shall his children make him happy, Ameen"

Desmond Tutu’s daughter, Reverend Canon Mpho Tutu-van Furth has been forced to give up her duties as a priest in South Africa’s Anglican church after she married a woman, she told AFP today

Mpho can no longer preside at holy communion, weddings, baptisms or funerals after handing in her licence because the church does not recognize gay marriage. She said her father, the retired archbishop and celebrated anti-apartheid campaigner, was “sad but not surprised” at the news.

“The canon (law) of the South African Church states that marriage is between one man and one woman,” Tutu-van Furth said in an email. “After my marriage… the Bishop of Saldanha Bay was advised that he must revoke my licence. I offered to return my licence rather than require that he take it from me.”

LAGOS 112..... LAGOS CARES....WHAT'S YOUR EMERGENCY?

Security and safety of lives and property, been main campaign mantra of All Progressive Congress (APC) during 2015 general election, re-echoed in Lagos when Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, commissioned security equipment put in place by the state government for use of security agencies to combat crimes within Lagos environs.

Besides the security tools, the VP also flagged off Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Rescue Unit’s safety equipment procured by the state to provide swift rescue mission within the state at emergency call from residents.

It was gathered that Osinbajo, who represented President Muhammadu Buhari on a two-day working visit to Lagos State, left no stone untouched as he commissioned other projects which were designed to further secure and provide enabling environment for residents, during which the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, received his commendation over relentless efforts towards the development.

Meanwhile, Ambode reiterated his administration’s commitment to continue prioritizing security by giving a face-lift to the sector’s infrastructures through distribution of equipment which would ease up duties of state’s security personnel.

Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)'s governor Godwin Emefiele, is warning that economic recession in Nigeria is imminent. Emefiele who was speaking at the apex banks's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting said......

"The conditions that led to the contractions in the first quarter of 2016 were still largely unresolved. The recession which was signaled in July 2015, now appears imminent.”

According to Emefiele, the previous decisions of the MPC need time to crystallize, hence, there was no need adjusting rates. Stating the decision as the least risky option, the committee asked the CBN to work on a flexible exchange rate system.

It did not mention whether or not devaluation of the Naira was needed. The bank said the monetary policy rate (MPR) and cash reserve ratio (CRR) will remain at 12 percent and 22.5 percent respectively.

Mike Epps Receives High School Diploma From Arsenal Tech H.S.!!!

Funnyman Mike Epps is the latest entertainer to put aside his career to fulfill his educational pursuits. The 45-year-old revealed on his Instagram account that he received his high school diploma from Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis, Ind., earlier this week.
In a photo with his mother, Epps expressed his elation in achieving this feat, and wrote “From a class clown to becoming world renowned #nevergiveup,” before posting other images of the occasion on the social media app.
He also took to the mic to share words of wisdom with the graduating class, encouraging them to not let high school be their last stop in their educational career, but to go on to college and “get as many degrees as you can.”

Kylie Jenner Reportedly Now Dating Another Rapper, PartyNextDoor!!!

Hmmmm, It appears like Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan seem to have a thing for rappers. The 18-year old who broke up with her rapper boyfriend of two years, Tyga earlier in the month is already being linked with another rapper, 22-year old rapper PartyNextDoor whose real name is Jahron Brathwaite. The two are said to be old friends who are now trying to step things up...ok nau!

It will be recalled that back in 2014, Kylie and sister, Kendall made a cameo appearance in the rapper's music video for "recognize" but over the weekend, PartyNextDoor set tongues wagging when he posted pictures of his and Kylie's luxury watches on his Instagram page.

Rapper DMX is expecting his 13th child with his new girlfriend. The rapper who had his 12th child in 2013 is going to be a dad again. It will be recalled that his ex-wife Tashera with whom she had four children left him in 2010 because of his drug addiction and the fact that he had four other kids outside of their wedlock which she had not been aware of......Oh well! Congratulations to him!!!

Kenneth Okonkwo Names His Miracle Baby!!!

Veteran Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonwo who welcomed his first baby with his wife, Ifeoma after 9-years of marriage has revealed the name of his miracle baby. The boy shall be called Kenechukwu Isaac Chukwuchirimeze Okonkwo.

Isaac was born at the University of Maryland Hospital. Mother and child are reportedly doing well. Congratulations to them all!!!

Caitlyn Jenner Considering ‘De-Transitioning’ ‘In The Next Couple Of Years,’....Author Claims!!!

Kardashian family biographer claims Caitlyn Jenner is experiencing regret over transitioning from male to female. Citing multiple sources close to the star, Ian Halperin told The Wrap that Jenner is considering transitioning back to male “in the next couple years.”.....Really dude? You have got to be kidding me!!!!

Halperin said while doing research for his book
“Kardashian Dynasty:The Controversial Rise of America’s Royal Family,” several sources indicated Jenner is unhappy...

“One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret,’ hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” Halperin told the entertainment website.

The biographer said Jenner, 66, is allegedly interested in transitioning back for relationship reasons.

“She’s still into women and wants to meet the right one,” Halperin stated.

Ok, I can't. It didn't make sense then and it sure as hell not making any sense now....one day you want to be a woman and the next day you want to go back to being a man. Pres. Buhari Arrives Lancaster House Today For The Anti Corruption SummitPHOTOS

Nigerian President, General Muhammadu Buhari is pictured above as he arrives for the Anti Corruption Summit today. He is scheduled to join other world leaders for breakfast at the Lancaster House in London.
