We've got the scoop on what really transpired before she 'jumped' her brother-in-law, Jay Z in the elevator.
Apparently, Solange who was already angry with Jay for kicking her out of his record label, did not like the way Mr Jigga man was hovering over designer, Rachel Roy at the MET Gala after party May 5th. The protective little sister took matters into her own hands by approaching Rachel and asking her to back off........
We also heard that Solange tweeted that Jay hit Bey and she wasn't going to have that. Then she took it down....Hmmm, my guess is, she got a call from mama Knowles. Like, "Girl have you lost your mind? Why you gonna put our business out like that? You better take that mess down now or you'gon get it"...lol. Just saying though!
I guess that kind of explains why Beyonce just stood there and did nothing....

"Anyone who gets close to Jay as to be warned and deal with me as a sister"
Roy being a combative and tough girl didn't respond well, hence the yelling that erupted between the two at the Boom Boom room of The Standard Hotel. Jay Z and Beyonce got in the middle of both women to stop the fight. Then the trio decided to leave.....
Jay reportedly told Solange that she was "Out of line" for putting Roy in check.
Well, things got out of hand when Jay decided he was going solo to another party, hosted by singer Rhianna where he was likely to cross path with Rachel Roy again.....Solange was not going to have that...
"Why can't you go home?" Solange drunkenly asked Jay Z, then she turned to her sister, Beyonce and asked
"Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?

"Clearly, Solange was on something at the party. She was drunk and out of it. The girl is crazy and prone to outburst. She got into the elevator with Beyonce and Jay Z. He had made a comment that she did not like and she just snapped"....a source said
Sources have said that Rachel Roy is too close to Jay Z. Beyonce doesn't like it and Solange sure as hell doesn't like it. Rachel was once married to Damon Dash, Jay Z's former business partner. The two fell out a few years ago. Damon took to instagram to defend Solange calling her a unique soul.

Contrary to reports that Jay Z and Solange were spotted shopping, they have not stepped out together. TMZ report that the two were together at a jewelry store was shot-down by the store owner who said they never appeared....according to US Weekly.
A day after the video showing Solange attacking Jay Z was leaked, she deleted dozens of Beyonce's pictures off her Instagram account, triggering the rumor of a big rift in the family. But big sister Beyonce handled it maturely by posting four pictures of their happy times which she shared with Solange..... and simply captured....."Good morning"
