The Standard Hotel Has Fired An Employee Believed To Have Sold The Solange Vs Jay Z Attack Video To TMZ For $250,000

The Standard Hotel, who hired a top Hollywood lawyer to help track down the employee who leaked the security footage that showed singer, Solange attacking her brother-in-law, Jay Z has fired an employee believed to have sold the tape to TMZ for $250, 000 (Two hundred and fifty thousand dollars) after a bidding war. The tape was reportedly shopped for five days to the highest bidder.

The hotel says on Wednesday, that it has identified and fired the person who recorded the security video. The person was terminated for 'breaching the security policies of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video.

The hotel says that the footage is legally theirs and they do not want to be seen as breaking the trust of their wealthy patrons who carve privacy. So, they will be turning over all available information to the criminal authorities.....
