Fans of the fallen Comedian, Joan Rivers are going after the New York clinic where the 81-year old was undergoing a throat procedure before she went into cardiac arrest that eventually led to her death. The fans are blaming the staff of the clinic for her death and they want blood.. According to TMZ, a source connected to the Yorkville Endoscopy clinic confirmed that series of death threats have been coming in since Ms Rivers was rushed to the hospital. Some of the threats read....."If Joan dies, so will you"...and...."I hope you people die, you killed an Icon"
The clinic has reportedly beefed up security on the premises and have to close down early on some days for the safety of their employees. The New York Heath Dept is reviewing the clinic and the procedure to determine if they would carry out a full investigation.
Ms Rivers would be laid to rest on Sunday, the 7th of September, 2014. Meanwhile as stated in her 2012 book, "I Hate Everyone....Starting With Me" In the event of her death, the comedy legend wants her funeral to be a huge showbiz affairs.....(Why not? She was ShowBiz personified). She wants to be buried like a true fashion Icon, in a Valentino dress and a Harry Winston Toe-Tag.
We just have to wait and see if her wishes are respected. RIP Joan!!
