John Legend and wife, Chrissy Teigen claps back at British journalist and TV personality Piers Morgan. The whole thing started after Morgan trolled twitter claiming that boxing icon, Mohammed Ali was more racist than Donald Trump......Yes! He sure did!
On Sunday, less than 48-hours after the death of "The Champ", Morgan wrote on twitter
" Mohammed Ali said far more inflammatory/racist things about white people than Donald Trump said about Muslims. #fact Why sugar-coat what Ali said or stood for? He never did that to himself, or when speaking to others. I hope people don't sound too perfect when I die. No coats of sugar please"
The controversial tweet created a buzz on the social media with twitter users slamming Piers which resulted in series of follow-up tweets by Morgan, like..
"Why would stating that Mohammed Ali made a lot of inflammatory, race charged statements in his life be remotely controversial? He did. I am sorry for 'saying inflammatory things for attention' That's the last thing Mohammed Ali would have condoned"
Singer John Legend came across the tweet and immediately let Piers know that he wasn't having it, by responding..."You could text us by announcing your retirement" to which Mrs Legend, Chrissy, joined in,
"From what? trolling isn't a job (I've tried)".

It didn't end there. Chrissy and Morgan later went toe-to-toe on twitter as Morgan fired back at Chrissy..."Maybe I should take up a proper job like modeling?"
"It keeps me nice and not-racist so sure, give it a go" she responded.
Piers, again, not wanting to give in, shot back with "I'm not racist either, so that makes two of us".
But it was the Sport Illustrated Swimsuit model that had the last laugh....Chrissy jabbed back...
"Remember when Bruce Willis didn't know he was dead? It's like that" in reference to the surprising end of the actor's 1999 movie 'The Sixth Sense'
Ouch!!!!....You're baaad Chrissy. I didn't know you had it like that....lol
